adidas Consortium launches their 12-month World Tour campaign beginning with Ronnie Fieg and Kith introducing the never-before-used Tubular Doom silhouette. Reflective of the concrete in New York, the upper consists of grey Primeknit and wool caging. As seen from other sneakers like the Nike Free Magista, a sock-like liner is used to provide additional stability to the ankle.
The Kith x adidas Consortium Tubular Doom comes branded with Kith's trademark "Just Us" slogan, two lace options and dual-branded footbeds.
Kith will also release collaborative Kith x Adidas x Stance socks featuring a special knit pattern with 3M Three Stripes in-store only
The Kith x adidas Consortium Tubular Doom releases at $165 this Saturday, January 23, first come first serve, at Kith's Manhattan (10AM EST), Brooklyn (11AM EST), and Women's (11AM EST) stores when doors open. The online release will take place at midnight (12AM EST), January 23, at KithNYC.com.
